The Velo AI messaging program (operated by Velo AI LLC) sends appointment confirmations and follow-up messages to business owners who have requested a demo or consultation. After you verbally provide your mobile number and agree to receive a text during a call, you will receive a confirmation of your scheduled time and a link to the demo or proposal discussed.
Consent is collected one-to-one, verbally, during a live phone call with a Velo AI representative who asks for the best mobile number to send your confirmation and demo link. We do not use web forms, purchased lists, or third-party lead lists, and we never share opt-in or consent data with third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, an appointment confirmation and a follow-up). These are recurring messages tied to your requests.
Message and data rates may apply. Velo AI does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
